It's a 95 mustang 5.0 a few minor upgrades cold air intake and trick flow intake manifold but about a week ago the car's transmission started making like a gear whine noise in 2nd and 3rd gear? it does affect the performance but i'd like to know whats going on, it doesn't stop after its been running for awhile, and yes the fluids are fine

I have a 91 grand prix Its been started maybe once a month till today, so i started it up and it died i repeated this several times i found out that it needs a constant foot to the pedal for example if i get to a stop sign i either have to put my foot on the gas and brake at the same time of rev it in neutral ? what could this be? fuel injectors? fuel pump? I had a spare air filter so i changed that but it didn't seem to help anything
