So we're having a debate at work about if you should wear vests particulcarly on your wedding day (under the shirt).

Why should or shouldn't you, and is there a reason people wear them? the office is pretty split here!!!

I've been taking microgynon for a while now and the next time i'm on my time of month, i'll be on holiday. So i'm wondering, should I wait a week and then start my new pack of pills or take my pills as usual from today and carry on taking them for a week after the pack finishes so that i'm not on time of month on holiday?

I've ever had a break from my pills in like 5 years so not sure what would happen if I stopped for a week, can anyone help or have any recommendations?

And does anyone know what would happen if I took them for a week longer than I should?!

**By the way just to clarify, i'm at the end of the current cycle and am due to start taking my pills again today**

I wasn't a huge fan of cheese strings, but I did like the pizza flavour ones. Anyway they're just like dissappeared from the face of the earth not seen them around for years!

Any one else remember them, or know if they do do them somewhere?!

Ok so I somehow managed to get a ticket to United Schalke (Luckkyy!!) from a client at work and will be sitting in south stand in the corporate bit, don't know where exactly yet but the email said near the half way line.

They've not mentioned the dress code but the website says 'smart casual'. I got a chance to get hospitality seats once when I worked for Aon and they also said smart casual but I wore my United shirt incase it was bad luck (I always wear my shirt on match day). But these seats seem to be really good ones so not so sure I can really wear my shirt.

Anyone sat there before know if I definately shouldn't? And any recommendations on if I should just wear it anyway?!

Also do you reckon smart casual allows trainers, I could at least wear my United trainers if not the shirt!!

Any United haters please don't leave horrible comments, just go answer some other questions instead!

Ok so i've been revising for an exam I have in two weeks and I find that in the afternoons i tend to get tired (probably because its so boringgg) so i drink a cup of coffee - just the regular stuff - milk instant nescafe sugar water. After I drink the coffee i'm ok for like 10 minutes but then I feel like SO tired like I actually struggle to keep myself awake!

Does anyone know why this may be happening and what else I could use to keep myself alert (aside from caffine tablets and lucozade?)
