  • Pregnancy concern?

    I had unprotected sex yesterday but didn't come. Today I had unprotected sex didn't come, then put on a condom and did come. Not sure if I put it on correctly Cuz it was kinda wrinkly and there looked like there was *** right on the edge, not sure tho. Then I got her to take plan b. So she took it around a day later than first instigation....24-30 hours? What's the likelihood of her getting pregnant? Are there no other precautions she and I could take? When does she take the pregnancy test to best get accurate results? Cuz I know the plan b pushes the ovulation period down later or something so it like fools the bosy or something.

  • Plan b question?

    I came in my gf and I was wearing a condom but realized afterwards I may have put it on wrong, that or the opening of the condom may have been inside her at some point. Oh and I didn't put it on at the beginning but halfway so I'm worried about Precum too. I Alrdy got her to take plan b. Does she need to take food with it? are there any other precautions we could take?

  • pregnancy question?

    What's the likelihood of getting pregnant if I'm not on my period and won't be any time soon and he didn't *** in me? Thing is, I'm worried more so about precum.

    Also, what's the point of plan B if you're supposed to take a pregnancy test well over a week after the deed? Because plan B expires over 3 days...I'm gonna assume it's just for safety precautions?

  • Confusion about the other 95% of the Universe?

    I'm taking an online course on Astro and so I learned that stars, galaxies, neutrinos, and the rest of matter and crap like electrons, protons, neutrons only make up around 5%. The other 95% is dark matter and dark energy.

    The teacher said that we used to think the entire universe is made of the same matter we humans are made of, thus implying we do not anymore. If that's the case, then does that mean the dark matter and dark energy can possibly be composed of other elements we have not yet seen? Also, I still don't really understand the difference between the latter two. Can someone dumb it down for me?

  • Pictures of all the other galaxies?

    So nowadays we have all these pictures of various stars, galaxies, nebulae, etc.

    My question is how can we get these pictures of these things if they're xxxxx millions of light years away?

    To my understanding, telescopes reflect light or something into our eyes and that's how we can see those images. This also goes for the images that arise or at least along those lines. How, then, can we get these pictures if it even takes light so long to "hit" that thing and bounce back into our telescope lenses when modern technology like this have only existed for like max 100 years?

  • Don't understand what exactly do the base and meta elements do?

    I recently started learning HTML.

    I ran across the <base> tag and I don't get exactly what differentiates it from the <img tag. At least, I don't understand the context of this:

    <head>

    <base href="http://www.w3schools.com/images/%22 target="_blank">

    </head>

    <body>

    <img src="stickman.gif" width="24" height="39"> - Notice that we have only specified a relative address for the image. Since we have specified a base URL in the head section, the browser will look for the image at "http://www.w3schools.com/images/stickman.gif%22

    Also, I have absolutely no idea what is the <meta> element for?

  • Best Course of Action for Slow Computer?

    My desktop bought around '02 or '03 was top of the notch back then. Several years later, something went wrong with it and then I had a guy come in and fix it. He ended up swapping a "faulty" part for a better one. The comp's been slow ever since.

    I have a sneaking suspicion back then, when I was not as informed about computers as I am now, maybe I let in a virus in. Problem is, I don't know how to check for it. Am I better off, time wise, money wise, or both trying to find out what the problem is with my computer or should I just go and change a couple of parts in the computer itself?

    Also, I've heard my computer has 70mbs of ram, if possible and even if I were to swap parts, it'd be hard to do so now because nobody bothers being compatible with ddr1.

    Many thanks~

  • Fail Safe Ways to win a girl over?

    I know that every girl is different so asking this is a little bit difficult to answer.

    However, I want to know if there are any general tips on wooing or winning a girl over, any tips that could apply for all girls.

    If it helps, we are both 11th graders in SAT class. I just met her yesterday though, so I don't know too much about her. Also, she is somewhat popular and from a different school.

    Many thanks :)

  • Which one: AP Bio or Physics?

    In my school, Physics and AP Physics B and C are technically the same - they are introductory towards college physics - except that the AP's are more detailed. I'm going to take AP Physics B/C 11th grade.

    Since I plan to major in Physics/Astronomy, I want to know: Physics or AP Bio?

    Basically, which do Physics/Astronomy Universities emphasize more on, like, or suggest: AP Bio (another AP class) or Physics ( which I'm already going to learn junior year, so that might be a waste of class)?

    ***Again, Physics and AP version basically same thing! One's more detailed though...
