I have tried to locate these Legal forms online, through the DHS/CPS Offices and the Juvenile Court which I have a Custody Case pending closure. I have not been able to locate these forms on ANY Legal Forms web-site,And the Social Workers in MS say they did not know what it is I am talking about. Any Suggestions????

I am workning with Mississippi DHS/CASA/Youth Court to get my children back home with me in Nevada. The judge says I have to have ICPC recomend that my children be placed with me before Aug of this year. I'm nervous because I dont know how to be a "perfect" parent. How do I prove to them that I can be a stable,responsable parent to my children especially when my children are thousands of miles away?

4 years ago whlile unemployed, my children were aken out of my home, no prior help from the state even after a SW visited my home and seen the condition, one rumor from neice/neighboors and my children were taken from me they are now living with my Ex-husband/abuser (temp.--HOPEFULLY) I need help, been seeing DR for Depression/anxity since 05 PLEASE HELP!!!!!!??!?

My children are in their birth-place of Mississippi, I moved there with my Father in 1993, I got pregnat that summer, I did not know who the Father of my child was/is, my now Ex- "steped-up" to help raise my child, "even if he wasnt his"... When my Father passed away, I married my now Ex- my son was 3 moths old, My ex did not began abusing me untill after we moved into HIS parents home. My children were too young to remember the abuse, They still tell me that "If I would only listen to their Daddy, Than we would be o'kay" that comming from my than 5 year old daughter, Now HATE my Ex- now he just might be the father of my children, for that I give him some credit,, But the abuse he dished out to me and thatn trying to teach my children that it was o'kay to be like that???? NO WAY IN H---! Anyway I dont like abuseivemen and I dont want either of my children to grow up thinking/beliving that that is O'kay. Sorry if I'm too Blunt or affend anyone.
