If I want to work as an entry-level IT associate at a university or business, what do I need? Should I complete an associate degree in the field or just complete a certification program? Thank you.

Please tell me about any websites that lots of people go to, where I can post a short story that I wrote at no cost, so that it gets lots of readership?

Then my qualifications drastically improved, but I still got rejected when I applied again to future positions, without being invited to an interview! What can I do to get a second interview? How can I convince the person who hires that I deserve a second chance?

Also, how to compete with tons of other applicants for a super-competitive position!

Where do I find a gold-colored door bottom? The bottom of the door needed to be cut in order to fit into the space provided, and an ugly brown bottom was installed. Please help!

I have no programming experience at all. Is it terribly complicated to use iconv software to render an ISO file that was programmed using the Latin framework from something like capital letters with lines over them and copywrite symbols into something like "this is comprehensible in plain English"? Otherwise, after the ISO disc image file is burned onto a blank DVD, all the characters are nonsense characters. The ISO is a game, not a movie.

Any program that converts these strange ASCII characters to plain English, and directions as to how to use the program, would be deeply appreciated! (I found all of the characters in the symbol section of Microsoft Word, so I know that they are ASCII characters).

Does anyone know about any opportunities to be a paid tutor in the Bala Cynwyd or West Philadelphia area over the summer, or any kind of summer teaching internship? I already have a B.A. in English, and I have passed the PRAXIS I and the PRAXIS II in English 7-12 test for PA. If I pursue a professional development degree--an M.S.--without getting teaching certification, can I reasonably expect to find myself an English tutoring position upon completing the master's degree? Or must I get teacher certification?
