Before you start making your suggestions, read this:

1.) No mainstream anime! Ex: Bleach, Naruto, Death Note etc.

2.) No mecha anime, unless you truly, absolutely belive that it fits my style

3.) Nothing too crazy or random. Ex: FLCL, Paranoia Agent etc. (I prefer anime which I don't have to watch multiple times in order to understand what is going on)

4.) Not too serious. Ex: Ghost in the Shell

And please, please do not list anime which are already on my list (I will put below in the details section, as it will not fit with the remaining space.) If you post the anime before I post my list, thats ok.

A little summary of the anime as well as the genre would be nice, but they are not required.

I am looking for a new anime to watch, as it seems that I am running out of choices. Please do not recommend Naruto or Dragonball regular, Z, or GT. Also, I am watching Bleach and Blood+ (yes, I know all dubs are bad, but I'm dealing with it) on AdultSwim, so don't recommend those either.
