ACS IS A SCAM DO NOT SETTLE?
ACS is a scam. We called the Better Business Bureau and they have numerous complaints about these people. They have just recently changed phone numbers. If you receive any calls from these people, call the Better Business Bureau immediately.

they stated that the check was electronically deposited, however I have checked with my bank and I also never provided them with my account information. they are mailing a letter to me and would not provide me with any information.
