  • Roommate breaking rental contract?

I have a rental agreement signed with 3 other housemates and I am pretty positive that one of them is going to break the contract by leaving at the end of the month. We're on a lease until the end of June and we're all responsible for this apartment, is there anything that I can do if he says he no longer is going to pay rent?

tried booting Ubuntu linux to test, colors still have a purple hue

  • video graphics problem?

I got a new graphics card, and for some strange reason, every time i try to play any kind of online video in full screen mode, the monitor will shut off if it is paused for more than like 2 seconds but it will NOT go into standby and the rest of the computer remains on, i then have to restart. It will only do this with online video and everything else works fine. At first i thought it was drivers, updated still bad. tried bus drivers... no change.... i'm outta options and i'm pretty sure that it's not the hardware

....if it helps it's an ASUS ENGT220 nVidia gt220

  • Quick Home Loan Question?

It's probably really simple, but i'll ask

When applying for a home loan, how do you know what interest rate you will have? is it the one from when you apply for the loan, or is it whatever the rate happens to be the day they fund the loan?

  • sold house in cali and need help!!!?

my dad sold house in cali w/out really having it transfered properly, and the land was rented and the deposite was according to the company lost then if that not bad enough, he gave the dude the deed to the house and told them to transfer the deed himself. then 2day we went to the dude, for the deposite we never recieved back, turns out they didn't place a deposite so can't have it back and then the person it was sold to didn't switch the title, and sold it w/out switching the property to him then to the new people. This was in merced county, cali.

I just want to know our options or what to do, HELP!!!
