I have constant pain!?
I am a dancer, and I have always had difficulty with my hips, knees, feet and ankles. I have a condition called myofascial pain syndrome in my hips which means the ligament doesn't 'go back' properly (I'm not too sure what it is myself!) which is really horrible and crampy. I knees are very weird and they don't straighten. My ballet teacher is forever telling me to straighten my legs but they just won't! Also my right is straighter than my left...
Lastly my feet are horrible. My toes don't point and I always get cramp in them if I point for more than about a minute which sucks and it's really frustrating because they just. don't. point. like no matter how hard I try my toes will stay crunched up and it's worse in the cold.
If anyone could give me any tips to relieve pain in my legs and if there could be anything wrong, then that will be greatly appreciated!

Yesterday at dance I was stretching my half split (right leg straight infront and left leg bent behind) when I had this horrible excruciating pain in my left hip and I couldn't move it from the position it was in without it hurting even more so my teacher had to help me up and I had to curl down slowly to my toes and walk around to ease the pain. Today, it aches all the time and there isn't even a comfortable position that I can lie in to ease the pain. I have taken some ibuprofen.
Does anyone know what I have done and how I can sort it out/prevent it in the future??

I'm a 14 year old girl and I have been ballet dancing for over 11 years. I am struggling to point my toes like the other girls in my class because my toes crunch up at the end. I have never done pointe work before. I have no idea what this is and I do not know of any other person (not just at ballet) that has this problem. I also have flat feet but I'm wearing insoles to raise the arches. Please can someone tell me what I am suffering from because it can hurt sometimes and I'm getting told off for it at ballet. Thanks!
