I am a 18 year old girl weighing 67 kgs and my height is 5 4.5 . I wanted to know what would be the best option for me to lose weight and maintain a fit body? Though yoga seems a good option but i feel the results come out a bit late. Also, i have like very low stamina, which i certainly want to boost up. I have a lot of stretch marks on my body as well (don t know why as i never was THAT obese to get stretch marks). What would best suit me? Please advice?

There's a guy in my school and we met onl9 2 years ago nd since then we are in a relationship. The beggining was quite well..i felt awesome but as time passed he started acting wierd. Even i made some mistakes like i was flirty with other guys and even with my ex. But now i am totally into him but he keeps making me remember my past and fights with me on really small matters.
