  • My brother and I got into an argument...?

I'm eating this amalgam of turkey, Campbell's soup, salsa, and rice. I'm saying that famous people probably still eat this stuff. My bro says that they don't; that when people become famous, they only eat prepared foods from the grocery store or at a restaurant. Any famous people out there want to clarify this?

  • Now that Obama has been elected...?

Now that our glorious leader Obama has been selected, when do we get to start a civil war against everyone in America who doesn't favor total government control of our lives?

  • Total greenhouse gas emissions?

I've looked all over the internet and I can't find the answer: Of all the greenhouse gases emitted, what percentage are man-made or as a direct result of human activity?

I heard somewhere that it was only 3%, but I'd like other sources. Assuming 3% is true, it kind of makes we wonder what all the fuss is about.

  • Need a Peace Officer/Policy Enforcer to help me?

I live in the State of Nevada. In my State Constitution, Article 1, Section 11 it states:

"Every citizen has the right to keep and bear arms for security and defense, for lawful hunting and recreational use and for other lawful purposes."

Now, if that isn't a gun-owner's wet dream, then I don't know what is. So, what makes the State think it can attempt to convert this right into a privilege, charge a fee, and require gun-owners to carry little blue cards backed up by the threat of "or else..."?

    Here's some Supreme Court decisions:

Murdock v. Pennsylvania, 319 US 105: "No State shall convert a liberty into a privilege, license it, and charge a fee therefore."

Sherer v. Cullen, 481 F 946 “There can be no sanction or penalty imposed upon one because of this exercise of constitutional rights."

Shuttlesworth v. City of Birmingham Alabama, 373 US 262: "If the State converts a right (liberty) into a privilege, the citizen can ignore the license and fee and engage in the right (liberty) with impunity."

Do Peace Officers/Policy Enforcers know the finer points of Constitutional and Natural Law or do they honestly believe that by enforcing today's "laws" that they are doing right?

  • Law school: How much money and time?

I'd really like to go to law school, so how much money and time will this take assuming full-time student status? Any Esquires here that can tell me if the experience is worth it or not? How soon would I learn local courtroom procedure?

  • This can't be true...?

Is it true that police officers can only work so many hours a week, but the time they spend in the court room is exempt from the limit AND considered overtime?
