  • Skype phone call with another contact?

    Hey there,

I was wondering if I could make skype call to a UK number with another skype contact. The reason is because she is in Canada, and a phone call would cost her a lot of $$$ and it's really urgent (re: university applications). So I thought if I made the call from skype, with her on the line, it might be cheaper.

    Thanks in advance!

  • bi*ch please in korean?

I'm making a funny comic for my korean friends, and I have a panel where the character says "bi*ch please..." in Korean...

Does such a phrase exist in Korean? (interjection)

Saying "bi*ch please" Implies disagreement to the previous sentence. Something similar to: "give me a break..." etc

Can someone translate that into Korean?

  • buying a rail ticket in Japan?

    Hi everyone,

It's my first time travelling abroad and I was wondering if you guys could help me. I'll be arriving in Narita airport at about 20:55... how long do you think customs, security, and immigration will take?

Should I give it 1 hour?

and if that's the case, will I still be able to buy a rail ticket? I think narita ticket office will be closed...

I need to get to Keiseinarita which is 9 minutes away on train for my hotel.

Thank you for your time and help!

  • accept or reject hypothesis?

I'm writing a report and i'm STUCK :( and I really need the help of you beautiful people.

Do I accept or reject this hypothesis?

The hypothesis (H1) = male participants will perceive their own IQ scores higher than female participants (p=0.151), *AND* both genders will perceive the IQs of their father’s to be higher than that of their mother’s (p=0.67).

Null hypothesis (H0) = female participants will perceive their own IQ scores higher than male participants, *AND* both genders will perceive the IQs of their mother’s to be higher than that of their father’s.

    so is the P value 0.151*0.67 ?

    If yes, that's p=0.10117

    0.10117>0.05

    accept null hypothesis?

but this makes no sense, because according to my data the hypothesis is clearly true.... have I written or done something wrong?
