  • No retainer for a few days?

    I've had my braces off for 4 months already, and have been wearing a removable retainer on a daily basis since. My orthodontist told me to just wear it at home and to sleep (not school) which I did. My problem is that I Iost the retainer and can only get a replacement in about 5 days. Will my teeth shift back significantly to the point where I'll need braces again?
