  • Do Ontario police use the HTA as their guideline?

    I am rebuilding a 1951 Jeep and I am wondering whether or not I need to fit a seatbelt. Reg. 613 of the HTA (highway traffic act) section 9 and 10 pretty much exempt me from installing them, but is that the regulation the police follow? I just want to be sure there isn't additional regulation that the police follow in which i could be fined for not having/wearing a seatbelt.

  • Wider tires stock rims?

    I have a 1989 Jeep Wrangler (YJ) which i believe has a rim size of 7Jx15 ET15 (the stock tire size is P215/75 R15) and it is difficult to find the tires i want in the exact stock size so i was curious how wide of tires i could go where the bead still sits properly. Clearance is not really an issue.
