sorry but I am not 100 % on the many types of mp3 players I have the windows media player download within my computer I am looking at the mp3 s that state itunes download am I able to rip music onto this type of device from my computer or do I need specialist itune download

I was with my mum on a flight that crashed and I saw all the details of myself and my mum dying I was them sent back to a room and told that I could relive the crash but as long as I did certain things I would be able to save my mum from dying .. these things were unpleasant for me to do and they were to the pilot so I will let you realise what these things were .. I obviously agreed in order to save mums life and the rest of my dream was focused on the horrid experience I had to go through to save mums life

I watch the ul gold on sky eastenders shown about half six and have done for a long time it is up to johnny allen dying so 2005 but i can t find it on sky after today and watch t v takes over next week have they just stopped it dead !

I have for the last 3 weeks now had re occurring chronic cystitis I during over 6 litres of water daily , had cranberry juice , tried the canesten oasis formula course and these take them away for about 4 days then back as bad as ever and It is driving me mad would me breaking my back recently have anything to do with this and anyone out there with urology experience I would appreciate feed back thanks

I have always had a weird sleep pattern due to many years of nurse shift work but since I broke my back and left work I am struggling to sleep herbal medicine is not helping and I am nocturnal epileptic so wont take severe sedatives I am so tired any body have any tricks they have tried themselves
