I don't really feel like I am spanking my monkey the very best way. I have tried a variety of methods, but I I looking for something better. What have yo found to be the best way to spank the monkey?

My sweetheart is traveling internationally, to visit some of her family. She has been gone for five days and will be gone for the next 30 plus days. I will not get many opprotunities to talk to her while gone. she does not have easy access to email either. I feel so unmotivated to do anything except sleep. How can I get back on the right course?

The dark side of government make itself apparent to me after working in local government for a time span of four years. I have degrees in Land-use Planning and Public Administration. I am very disappointed in government now that I don't want to go back to work in local government. What should I do? I have been search for work in the private field but there doesn't seem to be much demand for Planners and MPA's outside of local government.
