Will there be any problems if I drink about 5 liters of water a day?
Will it be too much and I don't really exercise.I'm scared of over dehydration.It become a habit like I need to drink at least 2 cups of water every 2 or 3 hours at a time because iI always felt thirsty.

as much as they want.Eating fast food is okay but as long as you are not eating too much then it's okay.Less meat and more green and you'll not be overweight.

I'm an on and off lacto ovo vege.This time i'm determine to stick to my diet.At first it's kinda hard to not eating any meat.But now after a few months it didn't seems very hard to gve up meat but the hardest is to let go of dairy and eggs because I really like milk and ice cream and I'm so tempted to eat pastries like cake.I don't really have a problem with eating dairy but i really wanna give up eggs once and for all.What is the way to let go of the craving for cakes and what is the food that i can eat that can provide calcium other than dairy?

I'm 156.5cm(around 5f2) and last month i'm 72.6kg and this month i'm 67kg.I'm a lacto ovo vegetarian.I wanna keep losing weight to around 110lbs.But the reason why i'm losing my weight so fast without any exercise at all is the way i'm eating.I'm eating like an anorexic person basically i'm restricting my meals to 2 times a day and i'm always counting calories and give myself a limit of not more than 1000 calories a day.I'm scared that I might have an eating disorder because right now I'm so scared of food and I'm starving day and night to lose weight.Is there any way for me to lose weight but in more healthy way?
