For the past 14 years (since the time she's been separated from her husband) she has been going through hard times and I've been helping her financially off and on. Her two children (20 yrs old and 30 yrs old) have practically abandoned her and really don't want to do much with her. They feel shes helpless. My sister is currently living with me and has no motivation to move out. My husband resents that. Should I be obligated to care for her the rest of her life? I feel she has "self helplessness" and won't do anything for herself unless I do it for her. It wears me down, but I don't want her to become homeless. What should I do?

I have a friend who's a sweetheart. She's pretty, but she wears thick black liquid eyeliner on her eyes and it makes her look horrible. I love to do makeup and hair and had offered to do a make over on her, but she did not comment. What suggestions do you have to bring out her pretty blue eyes that have no eyelashes? I suggested to her that she should wear false eyelashes, which she did a time or two then stopped. I HATE LIQUID EYELINER!!! It bugs me, there's got to be a way to bring out her pretty eyes for men to go crazy when she looks at them.

My husband and I filed bankruptcy in or around 1999/2000, we've been separated since then, I have run into some difficult times living on my own and I'm thinking about filing for bankruptcy. Would I be able to file bankruptcy again?
