I am currently in my last semester of my junior year and will start to think about college more. I went to school at a regular high school for Freshman and fall semester of sophomore year. I switched to online school due to some personal issues and I am planing to go back to a regular high school in my fall semester of senior year which is this August. Anyway, I didn't join any clubs because I was either not interested in the club they had at my old high school or I was home schooled.I have alot of hours of volunteer work (120 hours). I volunteer at a nursery at my church after youth group and I volunteer at a local pregnancy center twice a week for 6 hours each day. Don't worry I'm not pregnant or anything, I just like helping and it's close to my house. Will colleges consider my volunteer hours? Would they want me to join clubs my senior year? Are clubs important since I have alot of volunteer hours? I would say I am an "okay," student when it comes to academics. My weighted unofficial GPA is 3.00.
