I'm a crazy pokemon fan who, most likely, can answer your question. If I answer your question and it leads to more unanswered questions that weren't answered by the other answers and you still chose me as Best Answer I suggest joining a Pokemon Fansite (my suggestion: Qbone.org) and ask your questions there.
Can I monetize my youtube videos if I have footage from Disney Infinity?
I've been searching the internet for an answer to this question but I've come up dry. My brother and I want to start a youtube channel that includes footage from Disney Infinity (a product of Disney Interactive and Avalanche Software). There's nothing better than making money doing something you love, no matter how big that wad of cash is, so I did some research to see if we can legally monetize the videos.
This resulted in me reading lots of articles about the youtube crackdowns on videos that include video game footage and were monetized. Maybe you could do it in the past, but things have changed a great deal over the last four years in regard to video monetization.
I read the Disney Terms of Use and it looked like making derivative content was okay and it didn't seem like it specified that you couldn't make money off of any of your User Generated Content (I'm not an expert at legalese so I might have missed something) but it did say that, while they didn't own any user generated content, they can do whatever they want and reproduce or make a derivative work of your content and share it in whatever frequency they desire.
I considered e-mailing someone at Disney but I don't know who to e-mail or where I would even get contact information. If anyone can provide an answer to the question with information backing up that answer such as "it says here in the terms of use" or "the CEO of Disney Interactive explicitly stated in such-in-such press release" that would be grand.
3 AnswersYouTube7 years agoCan you use Ronintoadin's effect on your opponent's turn?
Ronintoadin's effect:
This card's name is treated as "Des Frog" while face-up on the field. You can remove from play 1 "Frog" monster in your Graveyard, except "Frog the Jam", to Special Summon this card from your Graveyard. This card cannot be used as a Synchro Material Monster
----
So say that I have Ronintoadin in my graveyard, along with Unifrog. It's my opponent's turn, and he just destroyed my Submarine Frog. I'm monsterless and he has one monster left. Could I remove from play Unifrog or Submarine frog in order to special summon my Ronintoadin and stop the direct attack?
I'd find it really helpful if the person stated why in their answer.
6 AnswersCard Games1 decade agoHow long does it take Play Asia to ship a game to the US?
I recently ordered my copy of Pokemon White from Playasia.com. I received an email with the invoice number and what not saying that it was shipped on the 22 (same day I ordered it) and since then it has been 7 days. I selected the shipping that said it would take 5-10 days to arrive and because Sunday doesn't count it has been 6 days of shipping. I was wondering if anyone had experience with Play Asia shipping and could give me a more exact idea of when it could arrive. I'm looking forward very much to playing the game and I grow more impatient (yea I know, pathetic) any suggestions from personal experience are welcomed.
