  • What could this be?

    Movement in stomach . Feels to be only on one side. Stomach weight gain. Feels hard. Bottom of stomach looks saggy (like gaining weight). Groin and lower back pain. Was feeling nauseous after eating but that went away. Don't know if this has anything related but also having nose bleeds. Sometimes even have random sharp spasms in vaginal area? What can this be?
