I have a Pioneer Shallow mount sub (http://www.amazon.com/Pioneer-TS-SWX310-12-Inch-Pr... running off a Boss 1000 watt amp (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0032FOKTW). I installed this a few weeks ago, and it sounded amazing: really thick loud bass, but just a few days ago, while I was messing with the amp settings (I realized the input level was only a little over half way, so I increased it to about 80% power) and since then the sub is definitely not sounding so well. The bass is okay on a low volume, but once I turn it up a little louder, the bass is weak and slightly distorted, and not the strong thick bass sound i was getting before. I have tried changing the settings back to how I had the amp before, but the problem continues. I don't think I blew the sub, because the amp I have is actually slightly underpowered for it.

I understand that the watts must be the same or higher on the amp, but the OHM thing is what confuses me.

Power stays in the PC, no problems with the light in the same outlet. Tried it without anything but HDD, Video Card and RAM and CPU, still crashes. Haven't found out the problem yet. It doesn't matter what I do though, I can just let it sit at that screen, it still shuts off by it's self. Was working fine a week ago, but it would shut off (as well as everything else in that outlet) after use of about 1-3 hours. Bought a new surge protector, that fixed the problem with all the power items plugged in to that outlet, but now my PC won't start. Post suggestions in comments or message me. This PC is also just under a year old so it's not just old.

When I try to use my internet ethernet connection on my Hackintosh, it gives me a self-assigned IP, but it does nothing and won't let me connect to the internet.

I randomely washed my phone with a little water today, and a while later, my Power/Sleep button began having problems, stopped working (still clicks in and out but doesn't function) random power off slider button popping up. The button looks kinda stuck, and I don't wanna open it up and replace it and I can't get it unstuck. I don't live close enough to an Apple store to go if they won't replace my iPhone, it wasn't from the water I believe but it was something that was a possibility. So, if I bring it to the apple store, will they find it as a hardware problem and hand me a new iPhone? Or will they make me keep it? I don't know if it's still in warranty?Also does the warranty matter if they would see it as a hardware problem?

Whats it called (particularly in hip-hip) when a bass drum goes from higher pitch to lower pitch like it's dropping, cause I need a sample of it but I don't know the name for it.

I have a Canon 450D with a 18-55 kit lens and I want to upgrade to a higher quality one.

I am looking mostly at telephoto's and super-zooms, like the Sigma or Canon 18-200.

I don't care if it's a Canon brand lens, as long as it has good build and picture quality.

My price range is anything below $600 (£360)

So what can you suggest?

What are some things you do when you can't think of anything else to take pictures of?

Here's one I found: Take a walk, and every 100 steps you have to stop and take a picture.

The 430ex takes it's own (4 AA) batteries, but does it also use up the camera's battery too?

Because since I got this flash my camera has been dying ALOT faster.

I have the 430EX and a 450D.

I set the camera to AI Focus and timer mode and the speedlite puts out the AF beam, but when I move in front of the camera it doesn't refocus and I come out a little out of focus. Is there a was to have the flash refocus before the shutter releases?

This kid threw a basketball at my camera (yeah I would have killed him if he seriously damaged my camera) and my lens filter is now stuck on. I took it to a camera shop but they didn't sell anything that could get it off. They said I'd have to leave it for their repair guy or cut it off, but I needed my camera later, so is there any way I can get it off without damaging my camera?

I have the 450D (Rebel) and I have been trying to first, learn about how external flashes work, and also, which ones I can afford.

I want a flash that I can use off camera, so do I need one of those flash cables?

What flash will be good for a beginner, but still have good results?

Do I have to adjust the flash every time I adjust my camera?

Or will the flash automatically adjust?

What can you suggest?

(My price range is up to $150, I know that's not too many options)

I'm going to the Orlando Warped Tour and wanted to know if I could bring my DSLR without a press pass.

What exactly are slave flashes? Just a brand?

I have been using the on-camera flash for a while on my 450D, and am thinking about buying an external flash of some kind.

I'm looking for one that is somewhat inexpensive, but not a suck one either.

tl;dr: (What's a good starter external flash for a low budget?)

My 450D, aka XSi, won't make the autofocus beep noise. I haven't dropped it or anything, and I have it set to ON in the menu, so I don't know what to do.
