Just wondering if anyone gotten their tax refund that stated a "scheduled to be sent to bank on 2/7/13" on the WMR. If so, are you using a tax preparer service and have they notified you check is ready. FYI, til now WMR doesn't show sent to bank yet but read other post that their refund was received in their bank and their WMR still hasn't shown sent to bank.

Hi, I have a bad case of Carpal Tunnel. Went to see my doctor and they wrote for me to see Physical Therapy and they gave me exercises and I also got a cock-up splint for night. Guess what, splint no help, still have all those feelings in the hand and worsening each day. Doc never ordered any imaging of hand only said to go to therapy. First told me to take Ibuproferin but no change. So told me take tyenol and given prescription for Tramadol. Sometimes tramadol works for 1 or 2 hours but when I finally fall asleep the dumb hand numbness and tingling and elbow rudely wakes me up and it is back to the medicine cabinet. Going on for a 2 weeks now and only getting worse.

Any position I can sleep in that would make it better cuz everytime I lay down it starts. Is putting hot compress on it makes it swell even more. My hand is already numb and feels frozen inside when numbness occurs, will ice compress hurt it more??? Need answers before I go insane!!! Thanks in advance

Just wondering if your DD date for 2/1, has anyone picked up a check yet bcuz I am scheduled for that date and called their bank and automated system said funds received and check is printed and ready for pick up at their office. But when I call to verify they said can't print til the 1st or maybe 2morrow.

FYI if Instant Tax Services was your tax preparer and you were scheduled a DD date of Feb 1st, I just checked my e-collect account thru them @ 877 503 0788 and it said DD was sent and press option 1 and it will tell you check has been printed at preparer's office. Enjoy everyone!!!!!

Just got off with VERRRRRRY NICE rep and she verified my identity placed me on hold to research account. Every word that came out of her mouth was with professionalism and came back and told me I am scheduled for solid DD date of 2/1/2012. So it doesn't hurt to call at this point. Key to it is don't get nasty and have sympathy for them when they pick up the call and let them know they are working hard and there probably frustrated and tired by answering the same questions repeatedly but you are hearing that most people's wmr is not updating and just concerned becuz you were one of those accepted on 17th which are the one's they are having issues with. Good Luck n keep updated of your outcome.

Instant Tax Services who prepared my taxes just called me to advice that IRS had sent them email that due to software problem the earliest projected date for any DD will be Feb. 7. She said they had rep on phone with IRS at that moment to get a more exact date. I told her my WMR site says by 31Jan but she said don't count on it as they will not be releasing any deposits or checks for the time being. Please prove this to be wrong, if anyone receives any deposits 2morrow come back and update the rest of us as I am hoping that maybe some of us would be able to receive it since I read that some people has already received theirs Wed and Yesterday. Maybe a few more will go through that so called "glitch". According to tax preparer my return was sent thru new system. Boo!

Did you receive it with the WMR still showing the by 31Jan screen? Just curious.

Just wondering since my says the same thing since last week. Did anyone contact IRS and given any dd dates cuz the rep I spoke with was unhelpful and just kept saying it takes 3 weeks n was very brief. And for those that received their refund already, were those tax loans or dd from IRS?

If so, were you approved for RAL or what were you told if you didn;t receive it, by the way anyone filed with them and gotten an acknowledgement from IRS WMR website?

Will it give updates on Where's My Refund site? Bcuz according to my tax preparer they said my return was acknowledged by IRS but it doesn't show on WMR site.

Just curious because of their numerous complaints out there on Rip off report.com and Complaints Board. Has anyone gotten numerous lies from these people about their so called RAL's and info about your taxes. Please share your comments about them if you have had a bad experience this year with them.

If I am not watching a movie from a website it won't turn off, it just started this morning. It would let me watch for about 10 mins and just restart itself. It is not just happening on 1 movie site but any movie site, Just curious if it would just be an easy fix or is it a sign of a virus.

Anyone else experiencing same problem?

I checked the Where's My Refund Site and it said aknowledged and currently processing refund should be Feb.1, 2011

Just curious what answers they are giving everyone
