Im about 185 cm and I'm quite skinny,Im about 65 - 70 kilos (thats just a guess) anyway I want to know what workouts I should do and if I should LIFT WEIGHTS because its a controversial thing for teens lifting weights,I just want a safe way to build muscles.Thanks :)

the reason i have asked this question is because i have noticed that he has no pride in his own country,kenya.he is always like "yeah my dads from kenya but my mums from america!" does that all of the sudden make you american? i mean the guy even changed his god damn birth certificate saying that he was born in america.i mean how can someone become the president of the united states if hes wasnt even born in america.just coz he changed his birth certificate and picked up some fake accent?it makes him american?

ok,so im 13,and im planning on what to do with my life in the future.but the problem is,i am stuck between these professions.First of all,i want to be a football player,i am very good at football.on the other hand,i want to be a musician and either sing solo or be in a band! There is this other profession too, i dont particularly like this one,a doctor.i chose this one because i started thinking,what am i going to do when im in my late twentys,no chance of becoming a footballer, i've found out that nobody likes my voice,and i dont have a college degree.So i have another question,can i still play try to aspire to becoming a footballer and still go to college? so for example,say ive finished college and gotten a doctors degree,do i have to try to get a job straight away,or can i use my degree years later if my football dream doesnt work out? i know what your going to say,yes i should be happy with the way i look and love myself,but you have absolutely no idea what kind of hate i've been through.My nose is SUPER huge.everytime some people look at me they judge my appearance.my dad said he would definitely let me get nose surgery if the doctor approved.And i really like this girl,we havent seen each other in about 2 years,but if she see's me with my huge nose,im afraid she will never like me.so please HELP!

i measured it and it was 13cm (5 inches plus a bit more) is that an average size for my age,or is it too small? and how big will it get in 5 or 6 years approximately.

im a british citizen, and i left england about 8 months ago to live in iraq,kurdistan with my family.im going to american summer school for 15 days to New York with my school. i have a huge nose. on the side the top part of my nose is 2.5cm. and on the bottom side its 3.5cm.its width is 1cm and length is 5cm. will this method shrink my nose?

1.take an ice pack and hold it onto your nose for 20 mins.this numbs your nose

2.take three bouncy dryer sheets and wet them with lemon juice and hold onto your nose for 15 mins
