What and how should I go about filing for divorce?
I have been the "househusband" for almost 2 years now. I have tried to find a job. When I go for interviews, she tells me the days and times that I can or cannot work. She recently made me miss 2 interviews because I had to accompany her to her mother's house out to town. Then I get the what for about not having a job. I don't want to lose the kids. But I don't want to be here. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

How or what should be the deciding factor in the baby's name? They both say that because I automatically get the last, it shouldn't be up to me to have say in the first and middle names. What should I do?
