That a person can get out of prison for murder after serving 14yrs? The person has never been in any kind of priviouse trouble with the law and has not gotten into any trouble while being in prison.

Here's the thing. My boyfriend is incarcerated and he had a cell phone but it was taken along with some others. He is now using someonelses phone to call me. The guys phone that he used sent me a text the 1st time which i didn't answer, ok then the next night when my boyfriend called me again from the phone the guy text again. So this time i responed by saying who i was an asking if he was ok(my boyfriend). Well the guy took it upon himself to call me. He then said he means no harm he just wanted someone to talk to and he heard my voice and thought i souned sweet and that he would still let him use his phone to call me. Mind you my boyfriend is a peacemaker so when we finish talking he says i know you want to tell them thank you for letting me use their phone, and i do but look at what has happen from that. He is coming up for parol very soon and i don't want him to get anything on his record cause he's a good guy. Im affraid if i tell him then him and the guy will go at it.

This is the thing my childrens father no dad is taking me to court to get his childsupport modified and to get our two kids legitamized and to get joint legal custudy. mind you that he is behind on the childsupport about 6 g's and he has not had any contact with the kids since august of last year. thats whats got me worried. he has a lawyer and he's asking for a dna test for my son wich he has been paying support for 3 yrs. and he had one for my daughter when i put him on in 02. i no my son is he's also but it hurts that he would take me through this. i never have tried to keep the kids from him, if anything i was upset cause he didnt spend anytime with them, also he has a new woman in his life. im scared that if he gets joint custudy that he can file them on his taxes and he has another child in the system and when he pays its given to us both and she would get some money off my childrens. also im worried that the new girl will miss treat my kids and i cant let that happen.

Here's the thing me and some of my cousins were sitting out side one day and we seen my nieghbors son and another boy kiss. Mind you they are childrens about 10 or 12, i have a 4yr. old that be playing out side too put he plays with the other little kids his age. But my daughter wich is 5 plays with my nieghbors little girls they go to school together and yesterday they were out side playing my son and some more little kids from the nieghbor hood included and i would keep peeping out to see what they was doing and they was ok. But the thing is i don't no if i should tell her about her son or if you think i should how should i tell her, what to say and how to say it. The boy is a good boy and they are here from New Orleans and come down when the Katrina hit. I like for my kids to play with the girls but the boy i just don't no and lord help them if i catch him tring any thing with my son. So i don't no what to do can you all help please.

thanks guys for the answers i have more you see i have to go to court tomorrow so i want to be prepared for the worst, let me tell you a little more. see his child support is being taken out of his current pay check but like i said its not what it he was cout order to pay and this month i did get a little over the normal payment i think its cause he no's we are going to court,anyway some of my friends have said:well if you send him to jail then you want get anything an to some degree i agree, it seems like he no's someone at the cs office cause they only pat him on the hand and say well he is paying something and some are not getting that i told my case worker that who are you to say this is enough when its not what he was cout orderd to pay i said when we 1st came to court yall told him that paying would be the only thing that he has to do ,well he's not doing that it took me calling the office several times befor i got a court date. Im just scared they want do nothing nothing to him

My kids dad has a court order to pay one amount and he is currently working, he is now behind in his childsupport and owes my kids(2) about 7 grand in arears, he doesn't even pay half of what he is court ordered to pay. let me add that he quiet his good job that was paying him 18+ a hour job because of his own personal reasons.we went to court last year and the judge was going to send him to jail cause he was to bring 2 grand to court an he didn't now i went 8 months without him paying anything after he queit his job the 1st time,we was in court and i told him that i would ask the judge to give him a chance since he had just gotten that new job only if he would get the kids evey other weekend and some during the summer.mind you my kids have not seen their dad since aug. of 06 the, he only got them 2 times and 1 of the 2 i had to make him get them wich i hated but i wanted to let him see that he has to be a parent too.

i am a women of color and i have these black spots on my face you no the ones that come from busting pimples. i don't have very bad skin just a few black spots that i want to fade away or something. i wasted my money on that proactiv and it did make my skin a little smoother and that was all, it did not help with the blemishes and thing like that it even made my skin reddish. can you give me some things that will be helpful for me to try that will work.

Im a single mother of two, i have a daughter that is 5 an a son that turnt 4 in december. I have no help with them cause my family don't get along, but its my son im having problems with he's not old enough to attend school so he's with me 24/7 and im out off work from a on the job injury. How can i say this, first i love both of my childrens very much and my daughter i have no problems with but my son he's always doing what i tell him not to do. When its time to eat he only wants to eat junk no real food, i will tell him not to ride the bick in the street an to stay on the sidewalk he rides it in the street, i'll tell him to clean up his room he sits there an watch his tv, then when he wants to go out side an play an i say no cause you didn't clean your room he starts to pout. I have put him in time out and i have fussed, i have spanked him and that there don't even fase him.its like it goes in one ear an out the other. I love my son and i don't want to be a mean mom. I have a very close friend of mine that needs help with they're addiction to Lortabs, They tell me that they have tried to stop cold turkey but its the withdrawl effects that they can't handle. They say they feel like they have the flu and they use the bathroom all the time and have body aches with head aches and they have no taste for food I have searched the web but really no help, i really want to help them.
