So, I've been having pains and all these problems for a couple years, long story short, I went to a gynocologist, the same one, twice within a one year period, and told them the same thing each time with my concerns, and my symptoms. They made me feel crazy, like there was nothing wrong with me. They said "all we can do is give you an std test", then they told me to see a fertility specialist. When my problem persisted, I went to a different gynocologist who then did an internal ultrasound, and found my problem. They said I was the poster girl for pcos, and turned out all test results came back conclusive that I had it, and it was from having a hormonal imbalance for so long. If the other gynocologist actually listened to me, and did their job, it would have been caught sooner, and would not have turned into pcos, which there is no cure for. It never goes away. Can I sue for this? And what kind of lawyer would I contact if I can? I'm so upset that I was having problems, went to the right type of doctors, then was ignored, made to feel like I was imagining my symptoms, and that no one knew how to do their job in time before it was too late. Your suppose to trust your doctors and know that they'll take care of you. But they didn't seem to know how to do their jobs. Or they just didn't care. Please, any help would be great.

So, I am currently 20 years old. I enrolled in Insight School of Ohio, a tuition free online public school, so I could attempt to get my diploma. Now, I had spoken to several different people there, and during the enrollment process, they all told me I would be able to enroll because I am under 21, and said that you don t get kicked out of school until your 23rd birthday. They even put me on hold to "double check and look at the policy". SEVERAL of them told me that. So I went through the process for enrollment, got approved, got my laptop, printer, and books for school, then started my online orientation classes. Received my "Welcome" and "Congratulations" emails that I am officially enrolled. Then, today I get a call from someone at the school, telling me never mind they can t enroll me because I d be kicked out on my 22nd birthday which doesn t give me enough time. I was so excited, happy, and just spent so much time devoted to getting this ready and done and went through so much hassle, just to turn around and hear this. So, is there any way I can sue for giving false information or ANYTHING?

P.S. My phone records EVERYTHING, so I have ALL of it on record. Every conversation between them and me since this process started.

I am 17 years old and I turn 18 on October 15th. I live in Ohio and I was wondering what I would have to do in order for my Grandpa to get custody. My dad is not willing to let me move in with him but my Grandpa is not a drug addict and doesnt snort coke or smoke pot like my dad does. My dad lets my boyfriend spend all weekend at my house and he gives us alcohol, and he buys me cigarettes, the house is a mess, he does not have a job, he lives upstairs in his room all day everyday and basically ignores me unless he comes downstairs to get food. We also have no car because the car is broken down and my dad is trying to get unemployment. My dad also signed me out of school so I have been withdrawn from school for almost two months now and I want to do online school so I can graduate but my dad has been to lazy to sign me up like he kept saying he would. My Grandpa does not work but he get's unemployment because he retired from working at Ford. He has plenty of food, does not approve of me drinking or smoking, has OCD so his house is ALWAYS clean, he is trying to find a way to enroll me in school even though he does not have custody. He is very mad and upset with the situation I am being forced to live in with my dad because he says if things don't change my future is going to be ruined. He wants custody of me and I want to move in with him. The only problem is my dad say's no. My grandpa said he will pick me up to visit him this weekend and wont tell my dad that we will call children's services and have them decide my grandpa can take better care of me. I was wondering if this was a good idea or if there are any other ways that are better AND/OR faster that could get me out of this situation very soon considering i'm 17 years old. Are there any law's that say I can choose to move in with him WITHOUT my dad's consent since I am 17? My grandpa is my MOM's dad, and my mom is not in the picture at all. Please help I am VERY desperate :c

And one more thing since my dad lost his job and isnt even trying to find a new one because he wants to get unemployment so he doesnt have to work, we ran low on food and now have basically nothing left except rice and bread and little things like that but its only enough to last us both about 3 more days tops

I have juvinile probation and i was doing good with staying clean of smoking, then someone brought it around me and i said no and they blew it in my face and i felt the need to smoke it, im a female, and i have a bottle of 5 hour energy. I was going to use this bottle and my friend ((male)) was going to urinate in it for me and i was goin to place this bottle inside me since they watch me pee, i was going to poke a hole in the lid and put a tampon string in the hole so that i can pull the sting sideways then it would pour into the cup. But i feel like this isnt going to work 100%. Is there any way i could rig it up that would make it work better? Btw they dont test hormone levels, they just check the temperature and put the stick in to test for all drugs. I NEED to pass for probation. But idk what to do. Help?!?!? Im scared. It was going to happen a few hours before my test but i was going to keep it up there so that it stayed at my body temperature. Any advice i would LOVE! :,c

She constantly calls me things like worthless, good for nothing, spawn of satan, etc. she doesnt hit me alot, but she has thrown cds at me, hit me with forks, and things such as that. I have always hated being home because of this. Ive tried getting away before but it never worked. So i was talking to my boyfriend and his bestfriend and i finally decided to just run away. They helped me leave and they got me a good place to stay. Then the cops found me, but the cop was talking to me and he understood me, and he was telling me to tell the judge what was going on at home so they could get me out of there. I have a court date in two weeks, and i need to know what all i should say to the judge and what i can do to get out. And my boyfriends mom found everything out the other day and she says she going to my hearing and she will take custody of me in a heartbeat. I have no family to go to, so how could i go to her in court if my mom doesnt agree but she gets custody taken from her? And if the court doesnt get me out of my home im running away again.
