My how question, "How do you perceive Iowa" was the third ranked "how question" for the week. It says that I was awarded 300 points, but I have yet to receive them. I was just wondering when I could expect to get the points. Thanks a lot.

I have to refresh my page 2 or 3 times before the submit button will appear when attempting to answer a question. I also have to refresh my page 2 or 3 times when trying to "thumbs up or down", or to before I can click on the "comments" button. I know other people are having this problem. Was there a bug in the latest update? The update that allows users to post annonymously, level 7's to edit categories... that update.

I finally got to 500lbs on deadlift yesterday. 25, male, 215lbs. What is the most you can deadlift? Is 500 a good deadlift?

The rule of thumb is to eat 1gram of protein per pound of body weight each day. I try to eat as much protein as I can in a day, but I weight 215lbs. It's really hard to eat 215g of protein each day. So, I'm wondering, say I eat 100g of protein each day, would it be alright to drink 4 protein shakes a day at 25g per shake, or is it not as beneficial as actually consuming meats like chicken or fish? Thanks

He keeps saying "Only you can prevent forest fires." So I must be the only one that can see that commercial, right? If other people can see the commercial, then I must not be the only one who can prevent them.
