Is it normal for a turtle to float? He's a stinkpot. He's not floating sideways but just plain floating. Is he okay?

I've tried to recover my program by selecting "System Restore", but that somehow does not seem to work.

Is there any way to recover this program I so blindly deleted?

Info: The program is called "Cyberlink YouCam" which is a device used to take pictures, as well as videos, with my laptop camera. I have an HP laptop, but I don't know which type, sorry. & I have Windows XP.

If there is anyway you can help, it would be GREATLY appreciated by everyone in my household and mostly by me.

if this is the electrons configuration: [Ar]3d^10 4s^2 4p^3 . I was told to identify the number of valence electrons, you count the number of electrons after the given element, in this case [Ar]. But if you count 10+2+3, you would get 15, and there can only be 8 valence electrons for a full shell...?

I'm guessing, you subtract 8 from 15 to get the number of valence electrons?

Hey! If you don't, try not to insult them. Because the way I see it, the people who insult others are just jealous. I'm not saying I like them, either.

I'm a teenager, and there are a couple of guys that I adore, but then I envision me married to them. And when that happens, it just changes the whole picture of them. I get a really weird feeling. I think I'm way too young to think about it, but sometimes it just comes up. When it does come up, it feels really strange.
