I am almost done with getting my AA is liberal arts but the junior college I go to is extremely pushy that I also complete AS course work so that way if I decide to become a science major when I goth graduate school it will be easier. I do have some of the requirements for both sides complete, more for the AA side. My question is will I get credit for both and have to associate degrees in general studies or will I only be awarded one but still have credit for the classes in the event I choose to go with the other type of degree?

I work in a fast food restaurant and one of the assistant managers is trying to enforce a new policy of you screw up an order, you pay for it. As an example, and I highly want to emphasize example, say I work for pizza hut and a customer orders a pizza with with pepperoni, sausage, and bacon, and I accidentally put something else on there like anchovies, green peppers, olives, whatever, obviously the customer won't pay for it because it isn't what they ordered, can management make you pay for the lost product?

I understand that a company wants as much money as it can get and prevent shrinkage, but I do not agree that it can charge its employees for such a simple mistake, especially for a few reasons.

1.) Our company allows us to have these mistakes. Our corporate office gives us either a 3% or a 0.3%, I don't remember, shrinkage buffer. Meaning say we make $10,000 in one day,were allowed to have 300 of that be in free shrinkage. So having a few mistakes really isn't going to kill us or put us out of that percentile.

2.) The assistant manager who is enforcing this rule doesn't even lose any if her wages from shrinkage, she is gauranteed 45 hours a week, and gets it, and she doesn't even get a bonus from the stores budget unlike the general manager or the other two assistants, so why does she care so much.

3.) it will destroy what little morale is left at our location. Most people dont enjoy coming into work anymore and most people are looking for new jobs, even the ones we just recently hired already want to jump ship.

I really feel like this is a stupid move on management's part and that it will bite them in the butt. Most of the people who make these mistakes though are minimum wage earning teenagers who aren't going to put up with it and leave and tell all their friends not to work at this location because they will take you money if you screw up.

So bottom line can an employee be charged for making a mistake order legally?

I've looked for help on the Internet to help me get the answer and show my work to no avail and my book isn't exactly useful. I feel like i was kicked while I was down today. I haven't seen this guy I really like for almost two months. So today while I was on break at work, I realized how much I missed him. I know I miss him, but it didn't really dawn on me until this morning and it got me really depressed and made me want to cry because I can't get him out of my head. Well two or three hours later, BAM, there he is and I am just like you ***** (referring to life not him). The fact that he shows up THE DAY I have this realization of all days. He could have visited me any day (well weekends) over the past two months and today is the day he shows up. Its like my negative energy caused his appearance. I mean ya I was happy he showed up but at the same time I was really upset by it and I couldn't really talk to him either or even look at his face as much as I wanted to. I like to think I have been doing good by forgetting him the past two months at least in hoping he and I could be together, but I feel like him just showing up today put me a few steps back too. FML.

Ok I'm going to make this as short as possible but leave enough info to get as close to understanding what is going on as possible.

I met this guy at work almost two years ago at this point who I kind of fancied. When we met I kind of felt like there was a reason we where meant to intersect. Well over 5 months he and I became quick coworker friends and soon he started asking me for special favors in which I agreed to do because I wanted him to like me. Soon enough we started hanging out outside of work and we really seemed to enjoy each others company. Then in March I had finally succumbed to life of a pothead thanks to him and his friends (honestly catalyzed why I wanted to be friends with him after a certain point). Well anyways soon the fun part starts kicking in. I eventually come to discover I more than just fancied him and wanted to be with him with him, but I started out small and at first told him I was gay and eventually moved on to telling him I liked him. He responded very calmly and said that he appreciates the fact I like him but nothing will happen as he is straight blah blah blah. So time moves on and we still remain friends and actually get closer I guess, we are both doing nice things for each other etc. We go through a lot more crap in-between then and what I'm about to say, just its not important. So he eventually starts dating again in which I of course get jealous but realize its time to let it go which for the most part I did, but it didn't last. Well shortly after a break-up (she to him) he and I are trying to find him weed and while we are sitting in my car we get on to the convo of circumcision in which he plays dumb because I am asking about his (because he is foreign). Well some how I end up depressed, and then he out of the blue starts talking about how he wants to know what it is like to have his... and says he would like me to... in which I was like both bad idea and omfg yes. Evntually we both starting telling each other we love each other, me more so then him, but he is capable of saying it on his own (this is before and after what I just previously mentioned). Well shortly after that he gains a new girlfriend who I personally like but hate her because when she showed up he started contacting me less and less and very rapidly just stopped. Its been more than a month since I've really heard from him let alone seen him. Now he never talks to me, and when I talk to him I am lucky to get a response and if I do its only like two words. He stopped doing things for me. He never seems happy to see me anymore. He never visits me at work. I know he is ignoring me and a lot of our in common friends are asking what happened and I'm just like I don't know. I refuse to call him because I feel like I do all the work when it comes to setting up hang outs. He also never plays with me on LIVE anymore (whether I ask him or not) either even though he is on a lot. It just feels like its over to me and he is being a jerk and won't be upfront and tell me that he doesn't want to be friends anymore. I've tried to make things work so hard, but it just seems like I'm trying to resurrect something that just won't come back.

Well after having a huge ordeal at the probation office for nearly 4 hours trying to pee and not being able to even though I am consuming liquid out the wazoo and trying everything I can think of to make myself pee, I am being told to come back the next day to give a sample and if I can't then, I will then be charged with refusal to give a sample (which is bull because i wouldnt be sitting there for 4 hours trying to pee just to purposely refuse giving it to them, I would just get it over with, I have more important things to do with my time).

anyways the only thing I can think of to feel more comfortable with peeing for them is to actually sit on the toilet. even if I had to be pat down for it, would i be able to do that or would they say I am only able to stand up. either way they will still see me urinating as there is a mirror in front of me.

When you delete a friend's gamertag off of your my friends tab, does yours still appear on theirs. As in say gt 1 deletes gt 2 off of the my friends tab, on gt 2's account does gt 1 still appear on their my friends tab even though it is isn't on gt 1's

say i get a texting plan for 200 messages a month, does that include incoming messages or just the outgoing ones.

I can understand the principle of them being hacked but it doesn't change how good or bad the player is, most of the time they suck, but the perks i understand, and the unrealistic kill/death ratio compared to level/prestige, but the gold guns who really cares.

I'm doing this project for my sociology class, child prostitution in foreign countries (being china and russia) and i can't find any information concerning what is being done to stop the problem. i have found a lot of information concerning everything i need but this. if anyone has any information that they can link to me i would really appreciate it.

So recently by best friend (who is straight) and I (who is gay) have decided to start fooling around. I have admitted to him that I have wanted to do things with him, but just usually blew it off and said probably would never happen. Well two weeks ago he decided to ask me if I wanted would I ...(not y!a appropriate)... I of course said yes. We have only done it one other time since then (so we have fooled around twice). Now he never does anything to me (for the time being), its always me doing stuff to him.

Now anyways my question, yesterday we were as bored as **** and we were trying to think of something to do and we both only had one thing our minds (our ideas were different). He wanted to go get something he couldn't have and I wanted to fool around, in which he responded "not today." Now I can understand it is his choice, his body, I can't force him to do anything he doesn't want to do thing, but I think that if we stay as friends with benefits that I should have the right to at least ask when we can fool around. I say this because also with me being in love him, I don't want to feel like I'm just some toy to him that will only be played with when he is ready to play me. So is it wrong of me to think I deserve the right to say hey I want to do this here and now or no? Is it right that it is only his choice as to when we fool around?

Alright i sent my xbox in for repairs last friday in the morning and i have been checking the status of it frequently. well yesterday (i think) it had finally arrived to the repair center and when i checked it this morning it had gone from just arrived to repairs complete. so i am honestly a bit nervous. i would like my xbox back (specifically mine because mine was an elite and i prefer the black finish) but because of how this thing was done so quickly they are making me think they are just scraping it and sending me a refurbed one, and if they do it better not be in white. so what is the chance they just decided to scrap it and send me a refurbed one?

if it helps i only had one red ring and my xbox was sadly out of warranty and i had to pay 100 bucks to have it get repaired. i also live close to the repair facility as i live near dallas and the facility is in mesquite.

I have honestly been debating this for weeks now and the more I think about it the more I want to know. The only thing holding me back is the fact I think the question is inappropriate and fear he might get mad at me, although if he did answer and told me that he was uncut that it would probably massively turn me on, and I already have problems concerning that. I really think he probably is because he is a foreign adoptee and wasn't subject to the American mutilation (he was born in Russia), but there is always the chance he is cut... Alright I was over at my friends house today and he allowed me to get onto his computer for a minute. Well he had left his email open on the front page when I sat down, so I'm not being sneaking and trying to invade his privacy or anything. I was about to close the page when I had noticed one of his emails sent from his mom. The subject line had said something about some politician addressing gay teens and how life gets better (in the event of all these suicides that I am sure you are all aware of). Now while I'm sure its just me wanting to find any reason I can to think he might actually be bi or gay (more the first), could he be because of how this was sent from his mom? Whenever I talk to him about this kind of stuff he does say he is straight. He always makes comments about girls that pass by to me saying how hot or cute they are, whatever, which I honestly find to be annoying as I hate it when people talk about other people like that (as I was taught to look with my heart not my eyes, when it comes to people). And he has a "girlfriend" (in quotations because he just met this girl like a week ago and they are already going out), but I think there is more to him than what he is leading me on to believe, that he is just in denial or something. Although, he is very into equality and stuff and is very comfortable around gay people (two of his best friends, including myself, are gay/bi)...
