I have this speech that's 130 points and I have an 86 in the class. If I don't do the speech how much will my grade drop?

I am fourteen and I sometimes get heart pains at random times and it has been happening more often. The pains are sometimes so severe I cant move or breathe even a tiny bit or it will be extremely painful. I dont know what this is and I havent told my family or anyone because im not sure what it is and dont want them to make a big deal about it if it is nothing. What should I do?
