I have to be there at 8 AM, Now I have to be at work at 7PM that night for a 12 hour shift, and if the court case runs all day I will be up over 24 hours. My boss says he don't have to give me the time off because I'm not schedule to work during the trial, what is the law about this. I live in Denver, CO
