were not misusing the format. i am beginning to wonder if anyone actually reads the question and answer...or are you just automatically guilty cause someone said you were to whomever is suppose to be in charge.....

i have seen returns a lot lately and have never figured out what happened with the sam seaborn character. i know he was running for

congress and everyone said he could not win, yet he didn't come back to the white house. i also know rob lowe wanted out of the show etc.

but i don't remember how they settled it on the series. was there ever a comment made on the series as to what happened to him?
