My name is Jessica. Im 20 yrs old and I am going to college full time, majoring in buisness administrations. Im thinking about going into accounting though. I also hope to one day in the future opening a resturaunt. I love too cook and would love to get into it professionally but not quite. I still have a lot to learn in the kitchen. I thought about having a bakery at first, but recently decided not to. I like to slice, dice, saute', and get more into the process rather than measure mix and let the oven do the rest. Although I do like decorating cakes, and i am good at it. I use to be the cake decorater for Brookshires but I switched to the deli. Anyways....I love to think...my mind is constantly going about something, sometimes I like to think about how people's minds work and how they think. psychology can be quite interesting. Over all Im a happy person. Like everyone i have my moments but over all life is good.
