I'm looking for an easy sauce for paneer. I live in northern MI and have only had paneer a few times. I remember paneer pakora and paneer in more of a plain sauce maybe coconutty that you eat with naan.

I saw a recipe on TV today to may paneer, but the sauces that I find by looking online have so many ingredients that I'm afraid my local store will not have.

Does anyone have any easy suggestions for me?

Looking for something like "mix coconut milk with curry powder" -- :)

I had a lease that ended June 15. I am waiting to close on a house that is a short sale, so the bank drags their feet forever. Anyhow, the landlord verbally agreed to let me continue to rent on a monthly basis without a lease.

We just got a letter from her postmarked July 14, stating that she's sorry, but she needs us to move out by August 1, as she has someone willing to sign a lease.

This is in Michigan, by the way.

From what I can gather, she can't just give us 2 weeks notice, but needs to give us 30 days, since we pay rent monthly. Am I correct? Does not having a new lease make a difference?

We are planning on moving out, but will have to move back in with parents for awhile. This has been really stressful.

I have some quicktime movies on my itunes on my p.c.

I synced my ipod and all I can see on my ipod are music files and in video it's just music video.

I am stuck.

I used to make a cheese spread with Roka Blue, Old English and cream cheese. It also had garlic salt. I can't remember the exact measurements. I have mixed up 1 jar of blue, 1 jar of Old english and 1 pkg cream cheese. I can't remember if it should have 2 cream cheese or not.

Does anyone know? Thanks

A local restaurant has the best margaritas. However several patrons that I know say that they have seen them pour unifinished drinks back into the machine.

I need to get out of my apartment in Atlanta. I have a roommate I share rent with. I have gone to great lengths to find a suitable roommate for replacement and my current roommate is barely there. She will not budge and sign me out. I even offered to pay transfer fees so that she can move to a single br and she refuses that. She also will not try to find anyone because she doesn't want a "stranger" living with her. I barely knew her when we moved in together.

Do I have any recourse?
