I have been trying to cancel a phone contract with 3 for the last 2 months. I get passed around to different departments who all keep trying to convince me that it is a premier account...blah blah keep it.. When I stay adamant that I dont need their services, they tend to either cut off or assure me that it I must talk to their manager, who isnt around, will call me back and ..hasn't called yet etc. Is there any way that I can make sure for once and for all that I get rid of these pests with wonderful names like "Colin" who have an indian accent so thick that if it were a soup you could float your spoon in it ?
