I am from the United States and the government here does not allow student aid for the school I want to go to in Milan. Also no banks here are allowing for personal/private loans without a huge interest rate. Is it possible for a US citizen to get a student loan from italy?

He has a small scab where something poked him hard in the lower calf/upper ankle. He says the top part of his foot is numb until he puts weight on it and then he says it feels like an electric shock. It's too much pain for him to keep walking around and after just 3 hours it has become a pail blue color and more swollen.

I have had acne for since I was 14 I am now 20. I can't crack this stupid code! I have literally tried everything. Dermatology doctors have given me every single anti biotic, I have used every single topical ointment and nothing helped. I have tried stopping everything also. This so far is working out best. Product wise I would say I am very smart. I can actually read the back of the bottle and know exactly what the ingredients are. I am very gentle with my skin and don't expect quick fixes. I have also been on birth control and an IUD. I had to remove the IUD because it very slowly produced my skin to have acne. I don't wear make-up anymore witch is a little bit boring but I just want my face to look nice for once! It makes me sad that in the past 6 years I have never looked in the mirror and said. My skin looks great today! Oh last thing I tried was skin treatments and they worked for a little and the woman gave me soooo much good information.

so for right now this is what I am doing and it is semi working.

- drinking alot of water

- taking probiotics

- no coffee

- eating as organic as possible

- using cetaphil bar soap ( a bit drying I am switching to the cleanser )

- lightly moisturize with coconut oil

- use a face brush very gentle once or twice a week

I thought I turned off the automatic updates but somehow it jumped from 18 to 45. I hate windows as it is. I don't need 90 percent of this crap they pre installed into my laptop. I just don't know what is ok to delete for good or not.

Do you have FFM plan you like? let me know. I fly around the world and tend to use whatever carrier is cheapest. Not too fond of Credit Cards but there aren't too many options past that. Any ideas?
