Hey oh. My brother got a Nintendo 2ds with Pokemon X preinstalled for Christmas.

I've been trying to sign in to the eshop but my mom tried to link an account but forgot the password and email she used. Now if I were to remove the SD card (where pokemon is installed) and format the 2ds to remove the eshop account, would the pokemon game still work if I were to put the sd card back in after the system has been formatted?

Hey oh. Early May, me and my brothers went walking to the store. I started getting an anxiety attack, it was really bad! it really felt like I was going to die. I started crying and walked back home. I could barely walk because I was scared, so I called the cab. After that happened, I started feeling anxious in my house, freaking myself out somehow. My mom later got me to walk around with her. 10 minutes later, I had another bad anxiety attack and started freaking out, so I walked back home (I was listening to music and I was scared to look around my surroundings because of how unreal it felt)

As of today, I haven't been anywhere, I've isolated myself from the world and became a hermit. I found out I'm going on the plane next week and I'm scared. What if I get the same anxiety attack on there? I get anxious just thinking of it.

Do you know anything that would help me? and no, I have never been to the doctor about this. (Scared to go)
