I am making pear wine following a recipe that follows, but what i put it in the secondary it bubbled for 2 days then stopped two days later with a SG 0f .099. any thoughts?

4lb pears

6 pints water

4 cups sugar

2 1/2 acid blend

1/2 tsp pectic enzyme

1 tsp nutrient

1 campden tab

1 yeast

i cut up the pears put in bag with camp tablet crushed up with all the other stuff but the yeast, let it sit for 28 hrs stirred and added the yeast covered for 3 days the SG was at 1.040 when i moved it to the secondary put the bubble on it and it went to town but like i said 2 days stopped and the SG was 0.099 thias was 4 hrs ago i have read a few things to do but was wondering if i should just start the batch over from scratch, i have 3 other batches of plum, peace and banana going and they are still cooking great, all 3 has about a inch of foam on top and are bubbling like crazy.thanks for any help these are my first attempt at home make wine
