i didnt know i was actually doing anything until he said that when i kicked him it gave him 3 bruises... it used to be playful but now i think im getting anger out... why am i doing this? do i just have too much anger inside or is it something else?

My mom told me a while back that I am bipolar, and I had noticed something already before she had told me. I will have a period of time where I am very very happy but then other times I hate the world and just feel like I have no purpose. i will be very happy and all of a sudden someone says something, sometimes even something that doesn't offend or even affect me and my mood changes. I just want to know if there is an easier way to control those rapid moments without taking any medication or going into a doctor. Thanks! :)

I feel stupid because I should never go back to the second guy because he treated me like crap but I don't know why I want to. I don't want any hate or anything im just confused on what to do.
