Do paralegals HAVE to ever appear in court? Is it possiable to just do the "paperwork" (such as look up old cases, investigate, and all that?) I have looked all over the internet, and I haven't really been able to find the answer. If the answer would vary by state I live in West Virginia.

Today, if you go by the date of my last period, I'm 4 weeks and 3 days pregnant. The actual gestational age is 2 weeks and 3 days. Anyway, everthing had been going fine then last night I started bleeding. I wiped, and there was a fair amout of blood...but my normal periods are VERY heavy and it was NOTHING like that. I wiped again and it was just pink "smearing", just like there was no blood but still the color. The I went to the hospital and they gave me a pelvic exam and the instruments had blood on them (which may be from being very sensative and swollen and being poked and proded LOL) Now they are saying its a threatened miscarriage and to take to bed. They said I have to come back Thurday (tomorrow) and get my HCG drawn again to see if it is going up or down. It was 145 on Tuesday night (last night) and i was only due for my period this past sunday. So i think 145 is good, do you? Thanks For The Help, & sorry this is so long. Thanks

I just found out Im pregnant. Yay! After 3 years of trying...ugh...lol.

Anyways Im 1 month today and I was wondering if any one else noticed their pants getting tighter at this point. Also, did you notice your tummy getting "rounder"? I know its crazy to say Im seeing anything this soon so Im wondering if maybe its from water retension or what? Any one that knows please answer! Thanks! Lesa

Alright, today Im 5dpo. My usual waking time is 7am. I woke up early ((bc my alarm clock was set wrong)) and my tempature was 97.27 ((which is normal for me pre-o)) and then i went back to sleep and woke up at 8 and took it and it was 97.57. Which one should I use?...

There are a few questions up right now asking "why do people have to have their own kids?" "Why don't you just adopt if you have fertility problems?"or "Why not just forget about it?" The one that still AMAZES ((and repulses me)) said "...are people that egotistical that they must see their DNA reproduced..?" What the heck?! This is INSANE!! Anyone else feel that these questions were wrote by people who don't understand basic biology or that got pregnant the first month, without even trying, or that has always been AMAZINGLY fertile?...

Just wondering if Im the only one thinking that this is cruel.

Took clomid my first cycle last month. Had af at the correct time, and all went like clockwork and like it should. This month OPKs are all negative and im getting acne ((Which I have NEVER had)) and some other pregnancy symptoms like crazy. Is it possiable that I could be pregnant from the last cycle?....Has this happend to anyone? Thanks.

My dog is almost 3, he will be 3 in November. He is a toy poodle and he seems to ALWAYS want to pee and poop in the house! He won't stop! We let him out very often and praise him when he does his buisness outside. He always gets a "Good Boy!" and a treat when he comes inside. So what can I do to stop this?...Its really starting to get old. I love this dog more than anything, but I can't put up with all this! Any Suggestions...?

This was my first month on the fertility drug clomid. I was supposed to start my af ((aunt flo, or period)) on July 18th and did not start until the 19th. It started out light and got heavy...but, now it is stopping. Before I got my period I oculd have swore that I was pregnant, but since I got my PD I just assumed that I was not. But, now the pregnancy symptoms are still getting worse. Boobs have swollen more and there are more blue veins, and have been exhausted...Please let me know if anyone else has had a normal heavy pd and still ended up being pregnant! Thanks

Alright. I went into the bathroom to take a pregnancy test tonight...((no shock there lol)) And its the kind you have to suck the pee up in a little "sucker" out of your stream. Well, I didn't have to pee as bad as I thought and I wasn't able to get any in the little "sucker" thing. So I thought I would just be stupid and take it out of the toilet. ((I would have never done this seriously)) Well, much to my suprise there is a pink DOT in the "test" area beside the control line. It is exactly where a BFP line would show up. I have not been able to find anything on the internet on any chemicals that would mess with an HPT ((even those in the toilet LOL)) So what would you guys make of this?... Pink Dot....pee out of the toilet?.. Oh, and the dot is as dark as the control line. Thanks A Lot. Im confused.

Im looking to get a Quantitive blood test. I think I spelled it correctly...the one that doesn't just give a "yes or no", but actually gives you the number amount. Anyways...I'm wondering if you would go to your obgyn or to your family doctor for this?...Im only 11dpo, do you think it would be accurate?......From everything that I have read, I think it would be fine. Thanks!

Im now 11 dpo. Yesterday I took a pregnancy test with FMU ((first morning urine)) and it was negative. I didn't test today...but I was wondering if anyone else had a neg result at 10dpo then had a pos later on. Im having symptoms or pregnancy but also of PMS. Anyone else ever been in this situation?...Thanks.

I have a question.

This was my first month on clomid 50mg from days 5-9.

Im now 7dpo and have been feeling "odd" since 4dpo.

Now, my doctor did not do a progesterone test or ultra sound to see if there was a developed folicle, but I believe Im now 7dpo.

About these "odd" symptoms. They include;

The first I noticed was sore boobs. Not the boob itself but the nipple and around the aerola. The aerola also appears to be darker and have more bumps.

Also, the second thing I noticed was Im EXHAUSTED.

Not mentally, but physically. I actually have a hard time falling asleep because my mind is so awake.

Also AF cramping, INSANE GAS, bloating EVERYTIME I eat, feeling like I have to poop more often ((sorry TMI)), thirsty and a back ache. Also, when I went to sit down on the toilet I had horriable gas like pain in my lower abdomen that went away in about 30 seconds. Any advice would be great.

Oh and CM is not white, it is clear ((water like)) but still abundant.

I have PCOS also, so Im used to pain//cramping...but this is not like that. It is more in my lower abdomen and kinda goes over to my hips sometimes. I can also feel it around my belly button ((like stinging kinda)). I have some pain in my right ovary. Also, when i sit down on the toilet, I also have a lot of pain in my lower abdomen ((sorry if TMI)). So Im just wondering if anyone else has had implantation so early, or if you think it is possiable.
