I'm staying one day in Kuala Lumpur as a stop over so I need to find a hotel. I want to go out into the city though for the day. Should I stay in the one in the airport terminal or any other suggestions? Looking for something cheap and close to the airport because I have a 6am flight.

I have a friend who has severe motivational issues when it comes to running and food. She is clearly not fat (although she thinks she is) but still eats poorly and will not exercise or run. She wants to run but she says she will only run if she can have a present at the end. I have suggested many things except most of these she thinks she will buy or do anyway so it isn't worth it. How can I cure my friend of this severe bout of laziness without kicking her up the ****?

My friend constantly bites her nails despite trying many different things (including putting disguisting things on her fingers). Does anyone have any different ways to stop this?

My symptoms are:

1) Stabbing pains in the chest

2) Constant complaining

3) Hot and flustered

4) Vomit feeling

Please note I do not have an appendix.

5) Bloaty stomach

I am investigating the negative health affects associated with this. Or is this perhaps a miracle weight loss method?
