  • Unable to upload pics to Craigslist app?

I have a iPhone 3GS and Ive downloaded 3 craigslist apps. I have previously been able to upload pictures from my iPhone to Craigslist through one of the apps. Just recently it started not even giving me the option to upload pictures. I have an existing add I posted before this happened and when I go to edit it, it doesn't show the pictures on it and when I hit post it's unable to do it. I've tried with each app.

  • What happened to stallion Reminic N Dunit?

I came across him on accident but the only thing I can find on him is his old stallion page on the old mcquay website. Does anyone know any recent info on him, if he's still standing and where?

  • Goldfish health problem?

Had to do a full water change on my 40 gallon tank. Corrected ph to 7.5 and added aquarium salt. Acclimated fish before putting them in.

Goldfish share aquarium with two African frogs, a fiddler crab and plecostomas.

Last two day the goldfish have been depressed staying at the bottom of the tank but still eat normal. What has me worried is the goldfish (organda, comet, fantail) all have white bubbles/spots all over their head bodies and in their fins, the comet also has what looks like blood on his underside towards the head. The rest of the creatures in the tank are fine.

What could be causing all of these? It's almost like air pimples all over them even on their scales and the organdas head bubble (can't think of the right term).

  • Denied emergency unemployment after extensions?

In March 2010 I lost my job and started a nursing program (EDD approved part time unemployment while attending school full-time). I started receiving unemployment in April 2010. I have received several extensions for unemployment and I just received a letter that says:

"NOTICE OF DETERMINATION FOR EMERGENCY UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION"

"You DO NOT qualify for Emergency Unemployment Compensation on regular claim effective 04/04/2010."

"You, do not have earnings in excess of 40 times your weekly benefit amount or 1.5 times the highest quarter in the base period of your regular claim effective 04/04/2010."

I'm wondering if I have any reason to appeal successfully? Can I appeal on the grounds that I would not have been able to make 40 times my weekly benefit amount while in school-of which they approved?

  • Horse sold without permission?

I'm wondering what my options would be.

We traded filly for training on a gelding-everything was laid out in detail in a contract-he would pay for feed and board of the two horses perform training on the gelding-expectations were listed, if done the filly would be signed over to him. Trainer never performed training and admitted such. We retrieved the gelding but filly was nowhere to be found on premises. Trainer knowing no training had been done offered to pay for filly but never came up with the money. He later mentioned the filly being sold to someone. Police say they can't do anything because they don't have the ability to determine what training has been done. I've been told to sue but I don't know that he would even show up. He has a criminal background and knows how to hide-our private detectives could not find him. I believe other business in the area have tried to collect money from him to no avail.

Is filing a civil case my only option?

  • Aggressive Dogs at Dog Park?

On a recent camping trip we realized our 1 year old Australian Shepherd wasn't very social towards some people (some people he seems scared of and barks at while others he treated with excitement). Anyways we thought it would be a good idea to take him to the dog park for some socialization senses he's great with other dogs. He got along fine with the other dogs and then a pitbull showed up. They sniffed each other for a bit and then the pit attacked my Aussie. I was quickly able to break it up-didn't seem that the pit had latched on. The owners exact words were "it's okay they're just asserting dominance." They then sniffed eachother again and the pit went after him again, i clapped my hands and said "HEY!" and the pit released mu dog. The pit owner tried to reassure me again it was normal. She then took her pit with her a little ways away and I started talking with someone while my Aussie sat by my side. Next thing I know her pit is making a bee line for my dog and tackles him to the ground. My dog was getting trashed around-not fighting back kind you-we were able to pull the pit off again. No damage was done but I think had my dog fought back real damage could have been done. I'm wondering if this is normal behavior? I lean towards no and not to mention everyone else there decided to take their dogs out after this occured. Is it just asserting dominace? I'm fearful that if I just let them have it out one is going to end up with an injury. I also don't want my dog to become fearful of other dogs.

  • Must have books for the equestrian?

I went to a bookstore close-out today and came across some equestrian books and found one that is a definate must have. I'm wanting to continue to ad to my library, resources and knowledge so I'm wondering what books you recommend getting. I know for sure I'm going to be wanting to get equine veterinary resource book but I can't decide which to get.

Just for reference the book I found was Lameness: recognizing and treating the horses most common ailment By: Christine King. Just flipping through it I could tell it was well written easy to read and a HUGE resource.

  • Filed bankruptcy a year ago but they are still reporting past due balances?

In January 2010 my parents filed bankruptcy but the stupid lawyers messed up and didn't reaffirm my car(parents loan but I'm paying the loan)-our paper work said it would be reaffirmed but it didn't happen. So technically my car was filed in the bankruptcy but the loan holder said if we continue to pay the loan it won't matter. They no longer send us statements and such.

Anyways there have apparently been two months in which I did not pay the monthly payment (I believe December 2010 and February 2011). We found this out because my parents just ran their credit report and it was reported on there as a past due balance. Being as the car is part of the bankruptcy are they allowed to post past due payments on their credit-which brings their score down even further?

  • Shaving double coated breeds?

I've tried researching it online but allni find are personal opinions. I personally have shaved my golden retriever-who got hot spots during the summer-we were told when we first started this that his hair would not grow back-however it did-everytime as pretty as ever.

We now have an Australian shepherd, whose coat is God awfully thick and his hair sheds all over, he's not even an inside dog but manages to spread it all over everything I own. Anyways a few weeks ago I decided to shave him as well (and just FYI when I say shave I mean cut the coat short not shqve to the skin-no risk for sunburn). Its just too hot where I live to leave that amount of fur on an animal. I tried using the furmanator a trash bag later and no improvement, tried it a couple of days but to no avail.

Anyways back to the original question. Is there proof that shaving damages the coat or that hair does not grow back? This is for my own curiosity because my personal experience says otherwise.

  • Horse Ranch Hands and Overtime in California?

I am wondering if they are exempt from overtime. I have looked over the law and can only find a section that involves race horse operations and actual farming and agricultural operations. So I'm wondering if in California someone who works (not on a race horse facility but a regular facility used for broodmares and training for horse shows) feeding horses and doing general maintenance around the property 9 hours a day 6 days a week is exempt from overtime?

  • Spleen pain years after injury?

About 5 years ago I ruptured my spleen in a horse accident. I was in the ICCU for 7 days and on a general floor for another 2. Luckily they didn't have to remove it.

I've noticed through the years I get occasional intermittent pain in that region-left side right underthe ribcage. Right now I've developed a pretty good throat cold and have the pain in my spleen area. Could that be caused by the previous injury and scaring?

  • Iphone + water = HELP!?

So i dropped my original iphone in the pool and now their is a red light just to the left of the ear sound spot where the sensors are. I took a blow dryer to it right away and now its in a bowel of rice. I just checked it to see if it works and everything works fine except it only works when plugged into the wall. The moment you unplug it, the screen goes wacky and turns off. Is this permanent? Is there anything else I can do?
