I am a top contributor for video and online and i was wondering if i can also become top contributor for other section like military, politics, computers, and etc. I know top contributor status is displayed wherever you post, but will it say top contributor for that section too.

I built a new gaming pc to replace my old pc. But i get horrendous fps and i want to know what the problem is

specs:

Intel core 2 quad q9400 @ 3.2ghz stock cooler fsb 1600

evga geforce gtx 280sc edition

4gb corsari xtreme memory @ 1600 mhz 9-9-9-24 @ 1.8v

500gb 7200rpm maxtor harddrive

windows 7 home premium 32 bit currently installed will instal 64bit l8r

old hp cd and rw drive

haf 922 mid tower

evga 790i ftw edition motherboard

I understand that having 32 bit will only let me use 2 core and about 3.5ghz of ram, and that duo cores are more optimized for gaming, but with that considered(remember that most games run only in 32 bit)I should be getting much more fps here are some benchmarks

css dust 2 map 60fps av. max settings all aa and af 1440x900 v-sync off

css office map a80 fps av. max settings all aa and af 1440x900 v-sync off

Arma 2 demo first mission very high settings aa and af off 1280x1024 v-sync off av. fps 40s

tf2 fort map av. fps 40 max settings all aa and af 1440x900 v-sync off

and finally batman arkham asylum demo max settings physics set to 1 AA 4x af off av. 30s

Can somone tell me what the problem is BEST ANSWER GOES TO THE RESPONSE WHICH FIXES PC.
