1 AnswerOther - General Health Care1 decade agoWhich is the most appropriate USA WORK VISA for an AUSSIE ACTRESS to get?
I am and Australian, heading to LA next year to study the entertainment industry and persue my acting. I am trying to research my Visa options, and i'm wondering how the new E-3 Visa affects australians travelling for the purpose of persuing an entertainment career? Would this be the better Work Visa to apply for?
Is the E-3 Visa open to actors? Or would i be better off applying for the HB-2 work Visa. I dont think i have reached the status to be eligable for the O1 Visa. The E-3 seems to be the recomended Visa for Australians but i cant tell if its appropriate for actors??
Can anybody shed some light?
