  • Have I nuked my flickr account?

This morning I attempted to open flickr and was asked to enter my password again (I am currently signed out every 2 weeks), but in the process, I tried to add a new primary e-mail address. The form warned my that my existing name was already taken, so I had to enter a new one, and now I appear to have shut down my existing flickr account, which had hundreds of pictures and contacts! My flickr mailbox contains just 1 e-mail and if I attempt to open the URL to my old page it says "This member is no longer active on Flickr."

I have tried signing out and in again, but repeatedly arrive at the new page, signed in with the new flickr screen name. My Yahoo! Mail account seems unaffected.

I have tried to contact Yahoo! via the Sign in & Registration Help Form to find out how I can regain access to or reactivate my old account, which I hope hasn't been deleted, but, even though I have filled in every box on the form, including both security question & answers it complains that

Please note: Accurate information on this form is essential in the event you forget your Yahoo! ID or password. We confirm your identity using the birthday, ZIP or postal code, alternate email address and Security Question(s) that you provided during registration or when you last updated your account information. "

So, I can't even ask for help there!

HELP, please!!! How can I at least contact flickr or Yahoo! directly, not just read FAQs?
