Ok I'm only 20 years old and my brother is 17. He is a handful but I took on the responsibility because he needed out of the situation he was in. He has ADHD and doesn't listen worth a dang. Everyone claims that he's not going to listen to me because I'm his sister but they are so wrong. I mean that might be part of it but if there is anyone in the family that he listens to...It's ME! He looks up to me a great deal and I try to set an example for him. If I sit down and talk with him about the things he does he understands why they are wrong and why I get mad at him for it. When it comes down to it he'll do it again and again just because he doesn't think before he acts. I don't know what to do about it. I'm at a loss and it's so stressful.

He boxes people in the neighborhood just for fun and then comes home with a busted face and he can't understand why I get mad him for it. He doesn't pay attention in class and when I try to help him with his work he'll say he understands but then when it comes to a test he fails. I'm trying my best to give him the help he needs but I feel like I'm wasting my time and breathe.

Any suggestions?

I have been friends with this girl for 12 years. We've been through everything together, she always helped me out when I needed it and I'm grateful for it. She is one of those girls that has everything handed down to her and I haven't. I've been on my own since I was sixteen. Well she started datin this guy who I think is a piece of crap and I'm pretty sure he cheats on her. They are getting married soon and she asked me to be her maid of honor. I was so excited. Well she told us to have our money ready and we would all go dress shoppin. When it came down to it she decided not to go that weekend. Well I ended up using my money for the dress on getting my tire fixed cause I had a flat and a couple other things that happened that weekend unexpected. Well the following week she said that she was ready to go and I told her I didn't have the money anymore that she would have to pay and I would pay her back or I could do it the next weekend when I got paid again. She said no to both, she said if I didn't have the money that specific time that I wasn't gonna be in her wedding. I told her that I guess I wasn't gonna be in her weddin. She ended up not findin any dresses and didn't get any til the weekend I could have paid. She didn't ask me if I still wanted to be in her weddin or anything. It really hurt my feelins. Should I go to her weddin just as a guest or not? I really don't know what to do. I would love to be there for my friend on her big day but she is being very immature about the whole situation and I don't even know if I want to go anymore.

He will rub all over me and try to mess with me. I push him away and later that night he does it again. I ask him about it and he doesn't remember it at all.
