in the house there is a big dog. in the day with lots of rain he cant take a walk. even though he love to run around the park.

天を　見上げて　かんがえた。　今夜は　天の川が　見えるかな。夜の天気が　心配だ。

i thought as i look up the sky. can the milky way be seen tonight. i'm worried about the weather tonight.

テーブルに つかまって 立つ 赤ちゃん。もうすぐ　ひとりで　立ち上がるよ。来年は、私立の　保育所に　入るんだって。

the baby caught the table to stand. soon, he stand up by himself. next year he will enter private university.

楽しかった　遠足の　ことを　文に書いた。　ぼく、作文は　とこいなんだ。文句なしの　できばえだ。

i wrote about the enjoyable trip. to me, writing about it do not do justice to it. it is a good work.

i am not a native english speaker and only learn japanese for a bit. please help :)

i dont understand したりしています. i dont know the 'gap' between the word, as in until when it indicate cosplay 'doing'? and what is the meaning with the rest of the characters.

do i need 年 to indicate year? and i am not sure about this tense.

is 彼女 appropriate for a 'thing'? though she is imagined as human.

is the posessions correct?

can you please show me any free site where there is very very easy (kindergarten level) japanese text (like fable story) with english translation? i am learning japanese at university for some months now but we dont really progress beyond simple sentence. however for projects they ask us to find japanese materials and use that to make a short text ourselves! we dont even learn kanji or anything. so something with very simple kanji or all in hiragana? thanks!

i don't understand whats the point of having android? i had finished the book, and all i could feel is the nagging feeling that its such an expensive waste to make an android to do work n such when a highly specialized machine just for the work involve must be cheaper n more convenient. its not as if they have extra hand or so. n the fact that it can 'die', what if something happen to it? and the most wasteful of all - its life expectancy is only 4 years! why would anyone want to make something that fragile n have to be renewed? whats the point of having a robot if its a drain on the resource (it eat apparently)? n somehow it breathe....that's just using up oxygen.

n is isidore mercer or what? how come anyone raise the dead? n why would they capture animals when its better to let them grow up in the wild thus restoring their population in their own pace?

im probably missing the point of the book here....but seriously i cant enjoy a book when all i can think of is the plot holes.
