I am about to finish the complete works of ACD and would like to read a Sherlock Holmes story that highlights John Watson's contribution to Sherlock's investigations.

I just don't want to read a book where Dr. Watson is the bumbling idiot.

I am reading the complete guide to Sherlock Holmes but I don't understand some things because I am not very familiar with the time period.

Example: In study in scarlet Holmes asks Watson to bring in a terrier. But a bull pup is also mentioned. I don't believe they have two dogs in the room with them. So is a bull pup a brand of tobacco or something?

I am not looking for a novel or a guide to tell me about locations and movies etc. I don't care about that. I want to know about the parts I am missing simply because Conan Doyle was a writer from a different era. I am looking for a companion/ handbook/ guide book to explain and clarify things so I can fully understand and appreciate ACD writing.

i am really like both iruka and yamato from naruto but... its so hard to find a game with the both of them in it. i live in the us and don't know how to get the eu version for the ninja destiny 2 game. (eu version has an unlock-able iruka) i think that may be the only game where the two are playable characters. anyone know a way around my problem?

ps can't read Japanese so that also rules out ninja destiny 3.

hi, i live in the US but i love natsume yuujinchou. i know an ova will be released in japan on feb 5 2014. but is there a way for someone like me to see it? (without buying it) if i have to purchase it i guess that's ok, but i don't speak Japanese very well. if i pre-order the dvd will it come with English subtitles?

also is it true there was an ova released last august? if so does anyone know the name of it and how i can find it? (and a possible place to view it)

when will they announce a possible season five for natsume yuujinchou? they have announce an ova/oav to be aired on feb the 5th 2014; so why are they keeping so tight lipped about a season five? the previous seasons have encompassed about three volumes of the manga... but now we are on the 16th manga. that should be more than enough material to make another season. or is the oav in place of a season five and it will be the final to the story? (i doubt that hypothesis but still)

anyone know when they will announce the next season? (if there is one)

my grandmother had a Mastectomy a few weeks ago. she had two drains put in and one was taken out last week. a few days ago she had a temp of 99.9 and some yellow substance around her drain and in her drain. we took her to the doctor and he said she had swelling but could not see any thing around her drain (he did not even take off the bandage to look at it. he just tried to peal the dressing apart to look in at it) he also said the yellow stuff in the tube was most likely fat being sucked out. (like liposuction) any who he gave her antibiotics for the swelling and her it is five days later.

i have been taking two fluid out put measurements per drainage. one with everything and the other i have been using a damp coffee strainer to separate the fluid from the fat. i found she is loosing about 10cc of "fat" per day. but when straining the blood a lymphatic fluid I found that the "fat" dissolves in the blood.

my question is: does organic fat really dissolve in water? cuz this substance is.

my youtube account has a problem (not with video adds) but with this little picture add of slutty almost pornographic video game girls asking guys to "come play with them" and for "male gamers only" its filth and smutt. help me get rid of them. PLEASE!!! I have tried to fix it by looking at youtube add crap and tried to look for a contact forum for youtube but I cant find anything.

to recap, I need to block an image add (not a video add) that keeps appearing next to videos when I surf youtube. it is NOT a pop up add. its a still add from youtube. it appears next to videos. if I don't get rid of this I will never go back to youtube.

my mom is getting divorced and I feel like I should get her something really great for her birthday this august. the problem is I can only think of things that may make her think of my dad. she loves gardening, crafts, antiques and steampunk keys. she hates cooking and cleaning but loves swimming and water aerobics in our pool. hope this helps with some suggestions. any help is greatly appreciated, I just cant think of anything.

p.s. it can even be something you make. I make jewelry and use polymer clay a lot. I can get other supplies if needed. I can also paint and draw. I am on pintrist if you want to send me a link to something that would be great. thanks

i have drawing and painting experience. i would like to apply these skills to a computer painting program. i don't want a lot of unnecessary stuff clogging up my computer and slowing it down. i have done a lot of looking for a program with the drawing and painting style I prefer in a program. painter 12 is to expensive but I love the brushes and realism in the program. if I could afford it I would get it. I don't want to draw anime and pain tool sai (though cool) leans in that direction. esp with its blending. sc 6 looks cool, it may be a realistic type painting program I am looking for. but I was told its not a great drawing program.

the following things are important to me in a program...

program $50 or less (60 -70 if really cool)

sketches and line art. (NOT dragging a line to where you want it to go and adjusting its thickness)

realistic portraits, not anime shading and painting.

something that gives me a wide space to draw in. (I can fudge on this one if need be)

that said I understand my perfect program my not exist but this is something I really want to try. problem is I can only buy one program. I know they have free ones out there but I don't want to down load a lot to my computer. but if I need to get one drawing program and one painting program I will.
