So will you gain weight if you eat junk food but it's under your calorie intake? I ate a lot of bad stuff this week but it was under my calorie intake like 1,222 or under! Will I gain weight or will I lose? I read somewhere that you'll still lose weight! Please let me know! xx

So I ate these today:
Breakfast: -
Lunch:
Dinner: Salad with cucumbers, tomatoes and peanuts
Snack: Peanuts and I ate milk chocolate:/
But the CALORIES WERE LIKE 900 and my daily normal intake is 1,200.
Plus, I worked out for 25 mins and I burned 250 calories.
WILL I LOSE WEIGHT?????

So today I ate SO damn unhealthy I swear I'll commit suicide I feel so guilty I destroyed my diet FOR THE 2ND time this week lol :(
So I ate:
Breakfast: 3 mini sandwiches with chicken
Lunch: 1 cupcake with white chocolate
Dinner: salad, peanuts, watermelon
And then I was craving for sweet so bad and ate 5 chocolate bars, 2 small cans of cola and 2 caramels like wtf :( Total calories: 1,500 or 1,600 something and my normal intake is 1,200
WILL I GAIN TOO MUCH WEIGHT? AND WHAT SHOULD I EAT TOMORROW TO MAKE UP FOR IT? :(

So I basically today ate pretty unhealthy! I ate 3 mini sandwiches with lettuce, tomato, mayo and chicken! they were little though lol but then my mum bought sweets and i couldn't help it and ate 1 (it was not that big probably like 150 calories) but i was wondering if I eat only a salad for dinner and work out for 30 mins, WILL I STILL LOSE WEIGHT? I'll just eat like 600 calories. Don't tell me if it's healthy or unhealthy, I just need to know if I'll lose or that sweet destroyed everything. I feel so guilty because it was the 2nd time this week I had a treat and I'm supposed to have one per week :( I feel SO ******* guilty.

So I'm basically 130 lbs and 5'5 and I want to be 110 lbs so bad. I even tried eating healthy and working out but I don't see big results after like 2 months of diet. I literally feel like **** most of the time. I just feel so tired by all the **** going on in my life. I feel so unwanted by my friends, I'm always left behind or simply forgotten or replaced. And I'm so in love with my ex but he doesn't give a **** about me. I mean I'm never special to anyone and that makes me upset and sad. I feel like nobody really would care if I was gone. And no I don't need a therapist just because I'm depressed, that won't help at all trust me. I just don't know what to do with my life anymore, I just want to end it all or start over. But starting over is not a solution since I don't know how to start or something. I just don't know why I'm alive anymore.

So I basically ate 3 mini sandwiches with chicken, lettuce, mayo, whole grain bread obviously and tomato plus i drank a green tea apple flavor for breakfast then for lunch i just ate some strawberries and a banana and then for lunch i ate whole grain cereal with low fat milk. I didn't work out though. Will I lose any weight?

So today I basically ate pasta with just butter and then I ate 2 oreo cookies dipped in white chocolate and 2 of them were like 200 calories so I counted the calories and I ate like 700 calories, plus I worked out for like 30 mins and burned like 250 calories. I'm really obsessed with trying to eat healthy and lose weight nowadays, that's why I'm concerned I ate too much today. So I basically didn't have breakfast since I woke up at 1 pm, I ate roasted chicken with veggies for lunch, then one strawberry sorbet homemade cup for snack (it was too small actually), salad with carrot and cabbage for dinner with whole grain bread and I was too hungry at 1 am so I ate a toast :( Is it too much? Oh I also did cardio workout and burnt around 250 calories!

Literally I'm so tired of everything. I'm only 15 and I feel like I've been through so much pain that I wouldn't be able to stay alive to endure more of that ****. I've been betrayed, replaced by like all of the girls I considered my friends. And now I'm lonely. I'm the most awkward person, I can't even behave properly around boys so I can have a decent boyfriend etc. I'm just so tired. Plus, I don't fit in any group. Whenever I hang out with my friends, I'm like always left behind, as if I'm not even there. That's why I don't go out with them anymore. I don't have a social life because I'm just done with trying to impress others, fit in and actually feel wanted. I just want to disappear forever. Plus, I'm so in love with my ex that I've literally kicked out of my life 3 times or maybe more because I'm awkward and I couldn't handle it. I've lost all my friends, the boy I love and I basically **** it up all the time. I just want a fresh new start. I don't know how to get started though and I really miss my old life. I'm so confused and ****** up I honestly can't take this anymore.
